Thank you and congratulations to Suse Moebius who ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 9th October, raising over £1400 for the Homeopathy Research Institute. Joining 12,500 other participants, Suse completed the 13.1 mile run in an impressive 2h:8m:14s! The race started and finished at Hyde Park, passing many London landmarks such as Westminster Bridge, Whitehall and The Mall.

Of the race Suse says, ”This was the first half marathon I’ve dared to take on.  Thirteen miles was hard going but I kept my spirits up.  Knowing that so many wonderful sponsors had already raised £100 for every mile I was running for the Homeopathy Research Institute – that really helped when the going got tough.”

HRI Chief Executive, Rachel Roberts comments, ”I’d like to say congratulations and a huge thank you to Suse for all her hard work.  I know how much effort went into her training for this event and was delighted when she told us she was running for HRI.  It’s great to feel such support for the Institute from within the homeopathic profession.”

Suse’s online fundraising site is still open. To donate, please visit:http://www.justgiving.com/Suse-Moebius
