\u5e74 1 \u6708\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u4e00\u9805\u7cfb\u7d71\u7d9c\u8ff0\uff08\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u6700\u9ad8\u6c34\u5e73\u79d1\u5b78\u8b49\u64da\uff09\uff0c\u6982\u8ff0\u4e86\u9806\u52e2\u7642\u6cd5\u7684\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7814\u7a76<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14737167.2023.2266136\">1<\/a><\/sup>\u3002<strong>\u5728\u672c\u7d9c\u8ff0\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u7684\u6240\u6709 <\/strong><strong>21 <\/strong><strong>\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u9806\u52e2\u7642\u6cd5\u8207\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u76f8\u6bd4\u986f\u793a\u51fa\u76f8\u4f3c\u6216\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u7642\u6548\uff0c\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u660e\u986f\u7684\u6b63\u9762\u8da8\u52e2<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><img \/>\n<sup>*\u901a\u904e\u589e\u91cf\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d 2 \u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u8ad6\u70ba\u300c\u5177\u6709\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u300d\u3002<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u5c08\u9580\u70ba\u7d93\u6fdf\u8a55\u4f30\u800c\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hri-research.org\/2024\/05\/the-highest-level-of-scientific-evidence-supports-cost-effectiveness-of-homeopathy-a-finding-that-is-unchanged-by-a-recent-paper-by-leemhuis-seifert\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CHEC<\/a>\u6e05\u55ae\u8a55\u4f30\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u3002CHEC \u5f97\u5206\u7bc4\u570d\u70ba 2 \u81f3 16\uff08\u6700\u9ad8\u5f97\u5206\u70ba 19\uff09\uff0c\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u54c1\u8cea\u5728\u7d71\u8a08\u5b78\u4e0a\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002<p><a href=\"#\" class=\"expand-content\" id=\"6a30bf7819eb1\"><span class=\"expand-content-more\">\u66f4\u591a<\/span><span class=\"expand-content-less\">\u7e2e\u5c0f<\/span><\/a><\/p><div class=\"collapse-content\" id=\"panel-6a30bf7819eb1\">\u6258\u99ac\u65af\uff0e\u5967\u65af\u7279\u66fc\u6559\u6388 (Prof Thomas Ostermann)\uff08\u5fb7\u570b\u5a01\u6ed5\/\u8d6b\u723e\u5fb7\u514b\u5927\u5b78\uff09\u7684\u9019\u7bc7\u7d9c\u8ff0<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14737167.2023.2266136\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1<\/a><\/sup> \u5305\u62ec\u524d\u4e00\u7bc7 2014 \u5e74\u7d9c\u8ff0<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23397477\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2<\/a> <\/sup>\u4e2d\u5be9\u67e5\u7684 15 \u9805\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca 6 \u9805\u5176\u4ed6\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u5169\u540d\u7368\u7acb\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1<strong>\u4f7f\u7528 <\/strong><strong>CHEC<\/strong> <strong>\u6e05\u55ae<\/strong>\uff08\u5c08\u9580\u7528\u65bc\u7d93\u6fdf\u8a55\u4f30\uff09<strong>\u8a55\u4f30\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u54c1\u8cea<\/strong>\u3002CHEC \u8a55\u5206<strong>\u7bc4\u570d\u70ba <\/strong><strong>2 <\/strong><strong>\u81f3 <\/strong><strong>16<\/strong>\uff08\u6eff\u5206 19 \u5206\uff09\uff1a2009 \u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u8a55\u5206\uff086.7\u00b13.4\uff09\u4f4e\u65bc 2009 \u5e74\u6216\u4e4b\u5f8c\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff089.4\u00b14.3\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c<strong>\u7d9c\u8ff0\u4e2d\u6700\u8fd1\u767c\u8868\u7684\u5169\u9805\u7814\u7a76<\/strong><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/bmchealthservres.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12913-020-05706-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/resource-allocation.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12962-021-00313-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a> <\/sup><strong>\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u8a55\u7d1a\u6700\u9ad8<\/strong>\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u7cbe\u5fc3\u9078\u64c7\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8a2d\u8a08\u5916\uff0c\u5169\u8005\u90fd\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u6700\u5148\u9032\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u8a55\u4f30\u3002\u6700\u65b0\u7d9c\u8ff0\u7684\u4f5c\u8005\u5f37\u8abf\u4e86\u5728\u672a\u4f86\u9806\u52e2\u7642\u6cd5\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u8a55\u4f30\u4e2d\u4fdd\u6301\u9019\u7a2e\u5353\u8d8a\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002<\/div><!-- zh-hant --><\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u6700\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u300d\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7814\u7a76<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/resource-allocation.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12962-021-00313-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a><\/sup> \u8a55\u4f30\u4e86\u300c\u975e\u8655\u65b9\u300d\u9806\u52e2\u7642\u6cd5\u85e5\u7269 <em>SilAtro-5-90<\/em> \u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u30022017 \u5e74\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u767c\u73fe\uff0c<strong>\u8207\u5e38\u898f\u897f\u85e5\u4e00\u8d77\u4f7f\u7528 <\/strong><strong><em>SilAtro-5-90<\/em> \u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u6025\u6027\u6241\u6843\u817a\u708e\u7684\u5fa9<\/strong><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/28779928\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5<\/a><\/sup>\uff1b\u96a8\u5f8c\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u8a55\u4f30\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u8207\u55ae\u7368\u4f7f\u7528\u5e38\u898f\u897f\u85e5\u6cbb\u7642\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c<strong><em>SilAtro-5-90<\/em> \u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u6210\u672c<\/strong>\uff08\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u907f\u514d\u624b\u8853\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff09\u3002<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/resource-allocation.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12962-021-00313-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a><\/sup><p><a href=\"#\" class=\"expand-content\" id=\"6a30bf7819ee3\"><span class=\"expand-content-more\">\u66f4\u591a<\/span><span class=\"expand-content-less\">\u7e2e\u5c0f<\/span><\/a><\/p><div class=\"collapse-content\" id=\"panel-6a30bf7819ee3\">\u4e00\u9805\u52d9\u5be6\u96a8\u6a5f\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u5c0d 256 \u540d\u88ab\u8a3a\u65b7\u70ba\u4e2d\u5ea6\u5fa9\u767c\u6027\u6241\u6843\u817a\u708e\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\u548c\u6210\u4eba\uff086 \u81f3 60 \u6b72\uff09\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u70ba\u671f\u5169\u5e74\u7684\u96a8\u8a2a\u3002\u9644\u52a0 <em>SilAtro-5-90<\/em> \u88ab\u767c\u73fe\u5177\u6709\u81e8\u5e8a\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u8207\u55ae\u7368\u7684\u5e38\u898f\u6cbb\u7642\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u6025\u6027\u5589\u56a8\u611f\u67d3\u3001\u6241\u6843\u817a\u708e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u4e26\u51cf\u5c11\u5c0d\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/28779928\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5<\/a><\/sup> \u96a8\u5f8c\u5c0d\u6bcf\u4f8b\u6025\u6027\u5589\u56a8\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u589e\u91cf\u6210\u672c\u9032\u884c\u7684\u57fa\u65bc\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u8a55\u4f30\u8868\u660e\uff1a:<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/resource-allocation.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12962-021-00313-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5c0d\u65bc <\/strong><strong>12 <\/strong><strong>\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\uff0c\u984d\u5916\u7684 <\/strong><strong><em>SilAtro-5-90<\/em><\/strong><strong> \u6cbb\u7642\u7e3d\u662f\u5177\u6709\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7684<\/strong>\uff08\u7121\u8ad6\u5fa9\u767c\u6027\u6241\u6843\u817a\u708e\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5982\u4f55\uff09\uff0c\u8207\u55ae\u7368\u4f7f\u7528\u5e38\u898f\u6cbb\u7642\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee5\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u6210\u672c\u51cf\u5c11\u6025\u6027\u5589\u56a8\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u6b21\u6578<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5c0d\u65bc\u60a3\u6709\u300c\u56b4\u91cd\u300d\u5fa9\u767c\u6027\u6241\u6843\u817a\u708e<\/strong>\uff08\u6bcf\u5e74\u4e09\u6b21\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6025\u6027\u5589\u56a8\u611f\u67d3\uff09<strong>\u7684\u6210\u4eba\u548c <\/strong><strong>12 <\/strong><strong>\u6b72\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5152\u7ae5\uff0c<\/strong><strong><em>SilAtro-5-90<\/em><\/strong> <strong>\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u907f\u514d\u6602\u8cb4\u7684\u6241\u6843\u817a\u5207\u9664\u8853<\/strong>\u3002<\/div><!-- zh-hant --><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u986f\u7136\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u5c0d\u9806\u52e2\u7642\u6cd5\u7684\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u9032\u884c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u7814\u7a76\uff1a\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u4ee4\u4eba\u9f13\u821e\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u4e0a\uff0c\u5c07\u66f4\u660e\u78ba\u5730\u78ba\u5b9a\u9806\u52e2\u7642\u6cd5\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u6210\u672c\u7ba1\u7406\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4fdd\u6301\u8207\u73fe\u6709\u6cbb\u7642\u76f8\u7576\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u7642\u6548\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><span
