This study, carried out in a public research hospital in Mexico City, involved 133 women. In addition to comparing homeopathy to placebo, they also compared fluoxetine (a.k.a. Prozac) to placebo.<\/p>\n

According to NICE<\/a> an antidepressant drug can be defined as giving ‘significant clinical benefit’ if it causes an improvement in the ‘Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression’ of 3 points<\/strong> more than the placebo it is being tested against.2<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n

In this Mexican study, after a 6-week course of treatment, homeopathy was more effective than placebo by 5 points<\/strong> in the Hamilton Scale; Fluoxetine was more effective than placebo by 3.2 points<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

N.B. Analysis of data previously submitted to the FDA has found that SSRI antidepressants perform no better than placebo for mild to moderate<\/strong> depression, but they do have a greater effect than placebo in severely depressed patients.2<\/a><\/sup> <\/div><\/p>\n

\u5206\u6790\u4e8680\u540d\u75c5\u4eba\uff0840\u540d\u4f7f\u7528\u4f20\u7edf\u897f\u533b\uff0c40\u540d\u4f7f\u7528\u987a\u52bf\u7597\u6cd5\uff09\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u5728\u4f20\u7edf\u897f\u533b\u7ec4\u522b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5168\u90e840\u540d\uff08100%\uff09\u75c5\u4eba\u90fd\u88ab\u6839\u6cbb\u4e86\uff1b\u5728\u987a\u52bf\u7597\u6cd5\u7ec4\u522b\u4e2d\uff0c\u670938\u540d\uff0895%\uff09\u75c5\u4eba\u88ab\u6839\u6cbb\uff0c\u67092\u540d\uff085%\uff09\u75c5\u4eba\u5728\u6700\u540e2\u6b21\u8ddf\u8fdb\u4e2d\u6d41\u5931\u4e86\u3002\u5728\u7b2c3\u5929\uff0c1\u540d\u4f20\u7edf\u897f\u533b\u7ec4\u522b\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u5f97\u5230\u6839\u6cbb\uff0c4\u540d\u987a\u52bf\u7597\u6cd5\u7ec4\u522b\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u5f97\u5230\u6839\u6cbb\u3002\u5728\u4f20\u7edf\u897f\u533b\u7ec4\u522b\u4e2d\uff0c39\u540d\u75c5\u4eba\u88ab\u5904\u65b9\u6297\u751f\u7d20\uff1b\u987a\u52bf\u7597\u6cd5\u7ec4\u522b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u5904\u65b9\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u6709\u7740\u5168\u7403\u6027\u51cf\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0cHRI\u5e0c\u671b\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u53ef\u4ee5\u91cd\u590d\u8fd9\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5e76\u7528\u66f4\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u53bb\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u53bb\u770b\u4f1a\u5426\u518d\u6b21\u8fbe\u5230\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fbe\u5230\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u513f\u7ae5\u8033\u6735\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u4e2a\u4eba\u5316\u987a\u52bf\u7597\u6cd5\u5904\u7406\u5c06\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u3002<\/div><\/p>\n
