Parmi les 12\u00a0grandes \u00e9tudes<\/a> men\u00e9es sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments hom\u00e9opathiques, 11 ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 le faible niveau de risque de l\u2019hom\u00e9opathie\u00a0: <\/strong>un \u00e9ditorial2<\/a><\/sup>, un audit3<\/a><\/sup>, une \u00e9tude prospective4<\/a><\/sup>, une \u00e9tude transversale5<\/a><\/sup>, un rapport d\u2019organisation\u00a06<\/a><\/sup>, et une analyse bibliographique.11<\/a><\/sup> Leur conclusion est que l\u2019hom\u00e9opathie est \u00ab\u2009s\u00fbre\u2009\u00bb. Par ailleurs, parmi six\u00a0<\/strong>revues syst\u00e9matiques<\/strong><\/a><\/strong> ), cinq reconnaissent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 relative du traitement hom\u00e9opathique et consid\u00e8rent que ses effets ind\u00e9sirables sont faibles \u00e0 mod\u00e9r\u00e9s, et de nature transitoire<\/strong>1<\/a>,7<\/a>,9<\/a>,10<\/a>,12<\/a><\/sup>. Quant \u00e0 la sixi\u00e8me revue syst\u00e9matique8<\/a><\/sup>, qui est la seule publication n\u00e9gative, ses conclusions sont si diff\u00e9rentes des autres revues qu\u2019on attribue en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral cet \u00e9cart \u00e0 une m\u00e9thodologie d\u00e9fectueuse.13<\/a>,14<\/a>,15<\/a>,16<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n

La revue syst\u00e9matique et m\u00e9ta-analyse la plus r\u00e9cente, \u00e9valuant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments hom\u00e9opathiques12<\/a><\/sup>, a conclu :<\/p>\n
