Nous pr\u00e9sentons ici certaines des exp\u00e9riences de meilleure qualit\u00e9 et les plus reproduites\u00a0:<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"accent\">Test de d\u00e9granulation des basophiles<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">28 articles scientifiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s \u00e0 ce sujet, dont 23 ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats positifs. Parmi les 11 publications consid\u00e9r\u00e9es de haute qualit\u00e9, 8 avaient des r\u00e9sultats positifs.<sup><sup><a title=\"Witt CM, Bluth M, Albrecht H, Weisshuhn TE, Baumgartner S, Willich SN. Complement Ther Med. 2007 Jun;15(2):128-38.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17544864\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1<br \/>\n<\/a><\/sup><\/sup><p><a href=\"#\" class=\"expand-content\" id=\"6a1a01a02b933\"><span class=\"expand-content-more\">Plus<\/span><span class=\"expand-content-less\">Moins<\/span><\/a><\/p><div class=\"collapse-content\" id=\"panel-6a1a01a02b933\">Comme l\u2019expliquent les personnes qui ont con\u00e7u l\u2019exp\u00e9rience au d\u00e9part, \u00ab\u00a0Quand les basophiles polymorphonucl\u00e9aires humains, un type de globules blancs portant des anticorps de type immunoglobuline E (IgE) \u00e0 la surface, sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des anticorps anti-IgE, ils lib\u00e8rent de l\u2019histamine de leurs granules intracellulaires et changent leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de coloration. Ceci peut \u00eatre d\u00e9montr\u00e9 \u00e0 des dilutions d\u2019anti-IgE de 10<sup>-2<\/sup>\u00a0\u00e0 10<sup>-120<\/sup>. Sur toute cette gamme, il existe des pics successifs de d\u00e9granulation de 40 \u00e0 60\u00a0% des basophiles, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019absence calcul\u00e9e de toute mol\u00e9cule anti-IgE dans les plus hautes dilutions.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude utilisant ce mod\u00e8le a fait \u00e9tat d\u2019une inhibition de la d\u00e9granulation avec de tr\u00e8s hautes dilutions mol\u00e9culaires d\u2019anti-IgE,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/2455231\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/a> mais ces exp\u00e9riences se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es impossibles \u00e0 reproduire.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/1376282\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><sup>,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/8255290\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">4<\/a> <\/sup>Cependant, des \u00e9tudes post\u00e9rieures utilisant une m\u00e9thode modifi\u00e9e (avec des dilutions ultra-mol\u00e9culaires d\u2019histamine \u00e0 la place d\u2019anti-IgE), ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats positifs. Ces r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reproduits dans diff\u00e9rents laboratoires ind\u00e9pendants,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/10350142\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><sup>5<\/sup><\/a><sup>,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/14707480\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">6<\/a><\/sup> ainsi que dans plusieurs exp\u00e9riences multicentriques.<sup><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/15105967\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">7<\/a> <\/sup><\/div><!-- fr --><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"accent\"><strong>Effets de la thyroxine hom\u00e9opathique sur le d\u00e9veloppement des t\u00eatards<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Chez les amphibiens, l\u2019hormone thyroxine stimule la m\u00e9tamorphose. Pendant pr\u00e8s de 20 ans, plusieurs \u00e9quipes ont test\u00e9 les dilutions hom\u00e9opathiques de thyroxine sur des grenouilles en l\u2019ajoutant \u00e0 l\u2019eau des bassins de t\u00eatards.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 des variations dans les r\u00e9sultats exacts, 20\/22 exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9alis\u00e9es ont abouti \u00e0 une m\u00eame tendance : la <em>Thyroxine 30x<\/em><em>,<\/em> dilu\u00e9e au-del\u00e0 du seuil d\u2019Avogadro par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication hom\u00e9opathique, inhibe la m\u00e9tamorphose.<p><a href=\"#\" class=\"expand-content\" id=\"6a1a01a02b94c\"><span class=\"expand-content-more\">Plus<\/span><span class=\"expand-content-less\">Moins<\/span><\/a><\/p><div class=\"collapse-content\" id=\"panel-6a1a01a02b94c\">Une m\u00e9ta-analyse ind\u00e9pendante de ces \u00e9tudes a identifi\u00e9 22 exp\u00e9riences : 15 men\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019origine en Autriche, et 7 engag\u00e9es par des chercheurs ind\u00e9pendants<sup><a title=\"Harrer B. Replication of an experiment on extremely diluted thyroxine and\u2028highland amphibians. Homeopathy. 2013 Jan;102(1):25-303\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23290876\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">8<\/a><\/sup>. Le m\u00eame effet a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 par des chercheurs originaires d\u2019Autriche, d\u2019Allemagne, de Suisse et des Pays-Bas.<\/div><!-- fr --><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"accent no-underline\">L\u2019enjeu de la reproductibilit\u00e9<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bien que ces \u00e9tudes en laboratoire d\u00e9montrent que les m\u00e9dicaments hom\u00e9opathiques peuvent avoir des effets biologiques, \u00e0 ce stade, aucun r\u00e9sultat positif n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez stable pour \u00eatre reproduit par tous les chercheurs \u00e0 chaque fois. Pr\u00e8s de 75\u00a0% des exp\u00e9riences\u00a0<em>in vitro<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>sur de tr\u00e8s hautes dilutions montrent que la substance produit un effet, et les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 positifs sur quasiment 75 % des reproductions.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17544864\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Plus la recherche scientifique sur les tr\u00e8s hautes dilutions avance, mieux on comprend les facteurs qui influencent les r\u00e9sultats, ce qui am\u00e9liore leur reproductibilit\u00e9<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20129174\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><sup>9<\/sup><\/a>. Jusque-l\u00e0, les exp\u00e9riences les plus reproductibles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 celles d\u00e9crites plus haut sur le basophile et les grenouilles. On constate \u00e9galement des progr\u00e8s dans l\u2019identification des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hri-research.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/HRI_ResearchArticle_16_Baumgartner_PlantModels.pdf\">exp\u00e9riences sur les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux<\/a> les plus susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre reproduites.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, tant qu\u2019il n\u2019y aura pas d\u2019exp\u00e9rience o\u00f9 toutes les \u00e9quipes obtiennent le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 chaque fois, la discipline restera sujette \u00e0 la controverse.
