Bislang wurden <\/span>12 Hauptstudien<\/a> zur Sicherheit hom\u00f6opathischer Arzneimittel durchgef\u00fchrt, von denen 11 die Hom\u00f6opathie als risikoarme Intervention einstuften<\/b>: ein Leitartikel2<\/a><\/sup><\/span>, ein Audit3<\/a><\/sup><\/span>, eine prospektive Studie4<\/a><\/sup><\/span>, eine Querschnittsstudie5<\/a><\/sup><\/span>, ein Organisationsbericht6<\/a><\/sup><\/span> und eine Literatur\u00fcbersicht11<\/a> <\/sup><\/span>kamen alle zu dem Schluss, dass Hom\u00f6opathie \u201esicher\u201d ist. <\/span>Dar\u00fcber hinaus kommen f\u00fcnf von sechs systematischen \u00dcbersichten (die eine strenge Analyse mehrerer Studien enthalten) zu dem Schluss, dass hom\u00f6opathische Behandlungen relativ sicher sind, und beschreiben die unerw\u00fcnschten Wirkungen als leicht bis mittelschwer und vor\u00fcbergehend<\/b>1<\/a>,7<\/a>,9<\/a>,10<\/a>,12<\/a><\/sup>.
